Assignor - Donnie Eppley is beginning his fifth year as the supervisor of basketball officials for the Mid-Penn Conference, select Tri-Valley Schools, and five Independent institutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for assigning all high school games, training and educating as well as observing and recommending officials for play-off assignments. Donnie is a Division I basketball official currently working in seven collegiate conferences. Additionally, Donnie is a member of the Collegiate Basketball Official’s Association officiating Division III basketball for the Eastern Collegiate Men’s Basketball Official’s Association (ECMBA). Donnie served over 20 years in the United States Army and recently retired from active service while stationed at the United States Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. He is currently employed with the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO), Inc., the world’s oldest and largest organization of high school basketball officials
